Who We Are

Rain City Industrial was built on a simple observation: industrial clients needed a team that truly understood industrial workspaces—not a general contractor applying a generic approach. From the start, we’ve focused exclusively on environments where performance, safety, compliance, and workflow must work together.

As client needs grew, so did our capabilities. Today, we deliver complex industrial facilities—from controlled laboratories and cold storage to heavy industrial projects supporting mining, ports, and terminals—executed with discipline and clarity.

President & CEO

Brett leads the Rain City group of companies with a long-term focus on building a best-in-class industrial design-build platform in Canada. He aligns the team around clear expectations, trusted partnerships, and consistent performance—ensuring the business delivers on its commitments as it grows.

Andrew Laurie

Vice President, Business Development (Rain City Industrial)

Andrew brings senior real estate expertise to help partners make confident industrial space decisions. He connects client objectives to facility performance, supporting early planning and practical delivery across diverse industrial markets.

Aomar Al-Zubaidy

Director of Project Management

Safety-first execution is central to Aomar's leadership of construction delivery. He works with seasoned construction professionals to set clear expectations, manage risk, and maintain alignment across teams and trade partners—supporting quality and schedule performance in active industrial environments.

Suzanne Gratham

Director of Planning & Design

Suzanne guides early planning and design coordination to ensure projects are clear, buildable, and aligned with how each facility operates. She integrates all scopes of work into a coordinated design approach, strengthening constructability, workflow, and project outcomes. She works closely with design consultants and stakeholders to maintain alignment, responsiveness, and a high standard of client experience from day one.

Kevin Van Neck

Vice President, Rain City Racking

Kevin provides leadership for the Rain City Racking business with a focus on technical expertise, reliable delivery, and long-term partner support. He oversees a team of experienced professionals and strengthens the racking platform through disciplined execution and a clear understanding of how storage infrastructure drives facility performance.

Sarah Huntley

Manager of Racking

Sarah oversees our in-house racking scope from engineered planning through installation coordination. Working with an experienced team, she ensures storage infrastructure is fully integrated into the workspace, supporting safe installation, operational performance, and clean execution on site.

Jason Whiddon

General Site Superintendent

Jason leads a team of seasoned site supervision professionals responsible for day-to-day field execution. He emphasizes safety, site organization, and disciplined sequencing to ensure work is executed to the highest standards. His team supports consistent site leadership, strong trade relationships, and well-run environments that protect people and project outcomes.

Tina Tory

Chief FInancial Officer

Tina is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in corporate finance, operational leadership, and building disciplined financial structures within growing organizations. Throughout her career, she has led financial strategy, reporting, controls, and team development in environments focused on performance, accountability, and long-term value creation. Her experience spans financial oversight, process improvement, and aligning finance functions to support operational and strategic growth.
