Our Story
Building better industrial workspaces through integrated design and construction, dedicated exclusively to industrial workspaces since 2017.
Rain City Industrial was built on a simple observation: industrial clients needed a dedicated partner that truly understood industrial workspaces—not a general contractor applying a generic approach. From the beginning, our focus has been exclusively on environments where performance, safety, compliance, and workflow must work together.
As client needs expanded, so did our capabilities. Today, we deliver complex industrial environments ranging from controlled laboratories and cold storage and temperature-controlled logistics facilities to heavy industrial projects supporting mining, ports, and terminals—each executed with a disciplined, performance-driven approach.
